With the lowest monthly death toll since the war began (just seven US soldiers killed though a huge number of Iraqi dead as ever) things are looking better for Iraq - and they want confirmation we will get out by 2011 and importantly they are asking us not to attack neighboring countries (i.e. Syria) again. Hoshyar Zebari (pictured) is the one leading the Iraqi end of the discussions. There are just days left for a deal to be agreed.
