Election fever grips Iraq. Ali from Samawa - one of our election monitors, sent this picture. He writes, "When we are walk in Samawa city we are see many photos and Attractive slogans there are different sizes and bright colors make by hands of skilled . Impress the human eye ... that called Electoral propaganda .
"But we found it distributed randomly and without coordination even on the traffic lights .
And we found too some of propaganda are bigger than other propaganda cause material support of the candidate and the party ."
