The BBC has recently published its most recent documentation of the violence in Iraq. Figures show an increase in insurgent attacks, sectarian kills and displaced people in July and August. Additional findings show that while 80% of insurgent attacks target coalition forces, the Iraqi population continues to account for 80% of all deaths.
